We research and teach how consistent market orientation can optimally fulfill customer wishes and needs. We focus on current entrepreneurial challenges and search for theoretical and empirically sound answers. Our competencies include marketing via social networks, quantitative evaluation of product design, purchasing decision behaviour and shopper research as well as corporate social responsibility and cause marketing. We work with high-ranking international research institutions and European companies. We publish our findings in leading national and international journals.
