Tobias Eiler has been a research assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Banking and Behavioral Finance at the University of Hamburg since February 2020. Previously, he completed his bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Leipzig from 2014 to 2017 and his master's degree in business administration at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2017 to 2019.
During his master studies he specialized in the fields of Finance as well as Managerial Economics. In his master's thesis Default Options, Decision Quality, and Spillover Effects, Mr. Eiler focused on the effects of default options on individuals' decision-making behavior. His research interests lie in the area of behavioral and experimental economics.
