About us
The Center for Marketing and Media (ZMM) was founded in 2003 at the University of Hamburg, initially as the Scientific Center for Brand Management and Marketing (ZMM). Following the appointment of Professor Dr. Franziska Völckner to the University of Cologne in 2007, the ZMM is now associated with the University of Hamburg as the Center for Marketing and Media, and with the University of Cologne as the Center for Brand Management and Marketing.
The goal is to facilitate mutual knowledge exchange between academia and industry on marketing-related topics, particularly brand management, media, pricing, and customer insight.
