Managing Artificial Intelligence
This course helps students to navigate, evaluate, and strategically use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in corporate environments in an interactive way. Students will explore how AI systems function—ranging from traditional machine learning to natural language processing and generative AI—while developing scholarly thinking to separate evidence-based findings from market hype. Participants will learn to assess the suitability, potential, and limitations of specific AI-driven solutions. The course emphasizes management skills, training students to leverage AI tools individually and in teams through prompt engineering, integrate AI into corporate decision-making, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to diverse stakeholders. Grounded in socially responsible decision-making, the course guides students through the ethical, societal, and environmental dimensions of AI (such as bias, privacy, and sustainability).
