Brief Biography
Since 2018 Prof. Dr. Eva Wild (née Oppel) has been a junior professor of Business Administration, with concentration in Health Care Management, at the University of Hamburg. She is also a research associate at the Hamburg Center for Health Economics (HCHE). From 2007 to 2013, she studied Business Administration, with a concentration in Management in Healthcare and Human Resources, at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and the University of Hamburg. Before taking up the junior professorship in 2018, Ms. Wild completed her doctorate at the HCHE, University of Hamburg, and conducted research as part of a Fulbright Fellowship at Northeastern University in Boston, USA. In addition to her background in hospital management research, Ms. Wild is involved in projects in health care research, especially in the field of new forms of health care.
