Since many business processes are directly linked to accounting systems, it is a complex and challenging process to update the accounting system or even implement a next generation, digital management accounting system.

Many thanks to Dr. iur. Dr. rer. pol. Alp Kor (PwC) for providing exciting insights into this process and sharing his expertise with the students of the Master's module “Managerial Accounting and Control in the Digital Age” 

The guest lecture described the path from the idea to system implementation and provided exciting insights into the challenges and (arguably large) opportunities of this process - a great way to close out this year's lectures!
