Scientific monitoring of a pilot project on telemedical services for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Health economic evaluation of a pilot project for telemedical care of patients with COPD with routine data of the participating health insurance. The success control of the pilot project carried out within the framework of the project serves as a basis for the decision on the use in pre-care practice beyond the scope of the model.
