- Full Name
- Home University
- Degree Program at Home University
- Academic Level (Bachelor/Master/PhD student)
- Current Semester
- The course is online. Nevertheless, it would be helpful to know if you will be taking part in the course as part of a semester abroad in Hamburg (Yes/No)
- Email Address
