Leonie Weber obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (M.A.) from the University of Hamburg. Her studies focused on Organizational Research, Leadership Theories, as well as Diversity and Intercultural Management.
She previously completed her Bachelor's studies in Law, Personnel Management and Personnel Psychology (LL.B.) at the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences. Prior to starting her studies, she spent a year abroad in Australia participating in a work-and-travel program.
