Robin Frasch has been a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Chair of Marketing and Customer Insights at the University of Hamburg since July 1, 2025. After completing his bachelor's degree in engineering science and a master's degree in robotics, cognition, and intelligence at the Technical University of Munich, he wrote his master's thesis at the Cyber-Human Lab at the University of Cambridge in the field of artificial intelligence in psychology.
During his studies, Robin Frasch acquired a solid technical education with a focus on AI applications in natural language processing. As co-founder of the wahl.chat platform, he developed and promoted an AI-supported political education offering for the 2025 federal election, which was reported on by heise online, ZDF, and SWR, among others. The non-profit project will continue for future elections and will increasingly be accompanied by scientific research.
His particular research interest is in political communication, with a focus on promoting accessibility, participation, and transparency through the use of artificial intelligence.
