In a recent effort, IWI researchers, together with scholars from two institutions in Shanghai, investigated and analyzed contagious diseases’ impact at the level of residential community in a connected city from the perspective of emergency management and resilience measures. The contribution of the research is unique, as it shares the data regarding the lockdown at the community level for a community in Shanghai, China, immediately after the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
