The paper "More than a Feeling: Accuracy and Application of Sentiment Analysis" was published in the International Journal of Research in Marketing and recently featured on LinkedIn.
Sentiment analysis is becoming an increasingly important component of marketing research. Therefore, Jochen Hartmann, Mark Heitmann, Christian Siebert, and Christina Schamp examine different methods in their article. They show that the transfer learning approach is best suited and provide a pre-trained model for other researchers.
