Letter of Recommendation
If you require a letter of recommendation for an academic application (e.g., Master’s programs, stays at foreign universities, scholarships, etc.), you are welcome to contact us. The following information outlines the requirements for issuing a recommendation letter:
- The letter of recommendation must be explicitly required for your application.
- You must have attended at least one course within the focus field.
- The request must be submitted at least four weeks before the official deadline (as early as possible) and must be complete, including all required documents. Only then can we ensure that your recommendation letter reaches the recipient institution on time.
Please submit your request exclusively via our online form, which you can find further down on this page. Requests sent directly to the professors or academic staff will not be considered.
If you require multiple recommendation letters for a single application to one institution, a separate request must be submitted for each letter. Each chair can only issue one recommendation letter per application.
Recommendation letters are sent directly to the recipient institution. You will not receive a copy for review. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the correct contact address in your request.
Due to file attachments, submitting the form may take some time. Do not submit the form more than once. You will receive an automatically generated confirmation email a few minutes after your request has been successfully received.
