The University of Hamburg recently published a short video about our research unit on YouTube. Carsten Ovens, PhD student at the Chair of Marketing & Branding, explains how brand communications have changed in the era of digitalization and what this means for professional marketing. Furthermore, he provides some insights on our work and our aim, to derive practical implications for marketing with our research work.
