The paper “Managing brands in the social media environment” by Sonja Gensler, Franziska Völckner (member of our research unit), Yuping Liu-Thompkins and Caroline Wiertz (International Research Fellow), published in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, Special Issue on Social Media and Marketing, 27 (4), p. 242-256, was awarded with the Emerald 2016 Citations of Excellence Award.
