Prof. Dr. Tammo Bijmolt is visiting professor at Hamburg Business School

This winter semester the Institute for Marketing welcomes Prof. Dr. Tammo Bijmolt, University of Groningen, who complements the Institute in research and teaching.
In addition to academic research lectures the following courses are offered: Product Return Management and Customer Loyalty. Both courses are taught in block form. Additionally, a PhD seminar will be offered.
Tammo Bijmolt is professor for Marketing Research and has expertise in research and teaching in multivariate data analytics, marketing models, database marketing, customer relationship management, loyalty programs, ecommerce, social media, and retail marketing. He has published in leading journals, e. g. Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Psychometrika, and Journal of the Royal Statistical Society.
He is International Fellow of the DFG research unit „How Social Media is changing Marketing“ which is associated at the chair of Prof. Dr. Henrik Sattler.
