PhD course “Excellence in Publishing”

On Tuesday, July 18, the DFG research unit „How Social Media is Changing Marketing“ kindly invites all PhD students to a PhD course on „Excellence in Publishing“ and a research talk on Retailer Mobile Apps with Prof. Dr. Harald van Heerde.
The program:
09.00h: PhD course „Excellence in Publishing"
14.00h: Individual talks (time slots tbd., see below)
17.00h: Research talk on "Creating Engagement and Making It Count: Dynamics and Heterogeneity in Consumer Usage of Retailer Mobile Apps“
After the research talk we plan an afterwork BBQ at the Alsterwiesen (dinner at a restaurant nearby in case of bad weather conditions).

Harald van Heerde is a Research Professor of Marketing at Massey University, New Zealand, and International Fellow of our DFG research unit. He is a distinguished expert on the fields of econometric models to measure the effects of marketing activities on performance.
