New paper on scaled agile transformations

The paper "Managing Finances in Scaled Agile Transformations: Insights from A Case Study of a German Automotive Manufacturer" has been accepted for publiction in the Project Management Journal. A preprint is available here. The paper explores how a large German automotive manufacturer identified issues that emanated from an incompatibility of their incumbent project financing approach with the goals of their scaled agile transformation initiative. We analysed the mitigation strategy that allowed the company to evolve rather than revolutionize the way they manage project finances.
