Guest Researcher Djordje Djurica for 6 months

We are excited to welcome Djordje Djurica, Assistant Professor at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna), as a visiting researcher for the next six months.

Together with Prof. Dr. Jan Recker, Djordje will investigate the intersection of behavioral information systems research and process analytics. The project explores how behavioral design approaches, such as gamification, can help translate digital process insights into real-world operational decisions. By examining how employees interact with process analytics platforms to adapt their everyday workflows, it aims to understand how organizations can turn passive data consumers into active participants in continuous process improvement.

Djordje’s stay further strengthens the scientific collaboration between WU Vienna and the University of Hamburg.
