New paper on scaled agile transformation

Thomas Mayer and Jan Recker published a new article about how a scaled agile transformation impacts the role of IT architect, a senior IT role in my organizations. Their work is based on a multi-year case study of a large German automotive company. The article is entitled "Deep Structure Changes and the Evolution of the IT Architect Role during Scaled Agile Transformations" and is now available open access in the Journal of Information Technology.
