The Contribution “ Social Media Metrics – A Framework and Guidelines for Managing Social Media” published in the Journal of interactive Marketing in Dec 2013 belongs to the Top 15 most downloaded articles in Marketing in 2014 according to a new report by Elsevier.
Elsevier computed the statistics across all scientific journals published by the world’s leading scientific publishing house. The article was coauthored by Kay Peters, Koen Pauwels, Björn Ognibeni, Yubo Chen, and Andreas Kaplan.
