Keno Tetzlaff has been a PhD student since 01.02.2021 and a research assistant at the Chair of Marketing & Customer Insight at the University of Hamburg since 01.11.2021. After his bachelor's degree in International Logistics Engineering and Management, he studied Business Information Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. In his master's thesis together with a Dutch insurance company he investigated to what extent the prediction of "life events" (moving house, wedding, etc.) can be used to personalize advertising.
Since completing his master in 2018, he has been working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Berlin, where he supports clients in developing new (digital) strategies as well as with data-driven decision making.
His current research area deals with algorithms for automated image and video analysis.
