    Our eLearning office is part of University of Hamburg’s e-learning network. Our full range of services and tools are listed in the University’s E-learning Portal.
  • Take-Home-Exams
    The coronavirus pandemic has presented teachers with the challenge of digitalizing examinations ad hoc. Find information on and help with creating take-home examinations on the topic page.
  • E-Learning Support Form
    Please use the support ticket system in our eLearning  network. 
  • Hardwareverleih-Portal
    Do you need a microphone or a camera? The Hardwareverleih-Portal is the equipment rental for all kind of technical devices.
  • OpenOlat
    As a teacher, you are invited to take part in the OpenOlat course for exchanging ideas on how to shape online teaching. There you will find actively supervised forums and structured references to technical, didactic, and other types of resources. Login with your university username (B-Kennung).
  • Lecture2Go
    Students, you can find video tutorials about the key digital platforms you will encounter during courses which are predominantly online at University of Hamburg in this Lecture2Go series.
  • Medienkompetenzzentrum (MCC)
    The Media Competence Center (Medienkompetenzzentrum MCC) provides assistance and service in the field of media. 
  • LimeSurvey
    LimeSurvey is an online survey tool offered by the RRZ to quickly create questionnaires, poll votes & surveys and to export survey results in different formats.
  • ARSnova
    arsnova is an innovative Audicence-Response-System (ARS) offered by the RRZ in order to make the lectures and seminars interactive: live and anonymously, the students answer questions, pose their own questions or gi ve feedback about the pace and understanding of the lecture.
