Academic Office
The University of Hamburg Business School Academic Office is responsible for all student applications and advising needs. It supports the program directors and chair of the examinations board in coordinating the degree programs and assumes the task of subject advising in accordance with the guidelines in the examination regulations and the decisions of the examinations boards.
We offer a comprehensive service for students and lecturers in terms of organization and pursuit of studies, particularly concerning the conduction of examinations.

At the Service Point, you can clarify any questions you may have about your studies by speaking directly with student employees.
The Service Point is responsible for:
- Providing general information about matters related to managing your studies.
- Distributing forms.
- Forwarding applications, certificates, and final projects to the staff members responsible at the academic office.
The Service Point does not process applications immediately but instead forwards them to the staff members responsible. When you submit an application, we will inform you approximately how long it will take to process and which employees are responsible for you.
