Adjusted opening hours: Service Point & Office Hours
The service point of the Academic Office for Business Administration will be closed during the lecture-free period from 03/08/2026 to 11/09/2026 on Mondays and Fridays. In addition, in-person consultation hours from 13/07/2026 to 11/09/2026 will take place only on Tuesdays.

Telephone availability is currently limited
Dear students,
Due to staffing constraints, telephone availability may be temporarily limited. Please send us your request preferably by email to studienbuero.bwl [at] uni-hamburg.de, or visit us during our open office hours on site: Tuesdays from 13:00 to 15:00 and Thursdays from 11:00 to 13:00. Ticket distribution begins and ends 15 minutes earlier each time.
