First year students in bachelor and master degree programs
- Campus life: The university's first virtual contact point. It offers information about the university, the campus, Hamburg as a city, but also about everything to do with financing your studies, such as student grants, scholarships, jobs, loans and social benefits. It also addresses the important topic of finding accommodation with advice on portals. Information on leisure activities (sports, music, theatre) as well as political initiatives and student councils complete the site.
- Mentoring for bachelor students: Mentoring for bachelor students is available for better orientation at the beginning of the degree program Please note: Not to be confused with the mentoring program for master students or the mentoring program for women.
Career
- Business School Job Board: Here you will find numerous job and internship offers from companies and the business school, not only in Germany but also abroad. When filtering for internal positions, the vacancies posted exclusively by the Business School will appear. These are not visible to users outside the university.
- Management Transfer Lab (MTL) Management Transfer Lab supports students in the field of entrepreneurship: with cross-faculty courses, workshops, advice on setting up a business, a website on funding partners and a coworking space for the first steps towards setting up a business.
- Mentoring Program: A special mentoring programme (‘Mentoring moves careers’) is aimed at Master's students and doctoral candidates.
- Mentoring Program for women: A mentoring program for women or anyone with the gender entry w (cis and trans) that prepares them for their career entry.

All about studying
- Academic Office: The staff are available to answer any questions you may have about the degree programme itself - about STiNE, registering for courses, credit accounts, module deadlines. It is best to visit the study office during attendance times to make personal contact.

- Business School Library: In addition to comprehensive reference facilities, the library offers guided tours and advice on research.
- AStA: The General Students' Committee (AStA) of the University of Hamburg represents student interests vis-à-vis the University and the public.

International opportunities
- International opportunities: Do a short course or semester abroad, find an internship or job, or become a buddy for an incoming exchange student.
- Double degree master program: There is a double degree master program with the University of Kyoto.
- PIASTA: The Initiative for Intercultural Living and Studying is organised by the International Office at Universität Hamburg. It promotes exchange among international students with many programmes and events.

- Canteen: The various canteens on campus offer a wide range of dishes, including vegetarian and vegan options. Visits are also possible for guests.
