As part of the “Entrepreneurship & Digital Transformation” (EDT) course for undergraduate business administration students, five different lectures featuring real-world experts were held at the start of the 2025/26 winter semester. Among the speakers was Dr. Moritz Lück (SVP Sales & Operations, AUTO1 Group), who explained to first-semester students the solution to the “Market for Lemons” challenge (2001 Nobel Prize in Economics, George A. Akerlof) the company has developed and is now implementing with approximately 700,000 used cars per year.

Workshop: Dashboard Development

Students of the course “Managerial Accounting and Control in the Digital Age”, taught by Prof. Dr. Yannik Gehrke, participated in a dashboard development workshop organized by Horváth. Dashboards have become essential tools in modern accounting. A highlight of the workshop was working with millions of data points in a realistic case study scenario, including data integration, modeling, and the visualization of key performance indicators.
