Your first negotiation is coming up soon and you want to master it confidently and not sell yourself short? Then you will be interested in the online workshop “Souverän verhandeln für FLINTA*s” (Negotiating confidently for FLINTA*s).

The class organized by the Equal Opportunities Team of the University of Hamburg Business School includes the following:

• You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to prepare your upcoming negotiation, e.g. for your salary, and how to put it into practice at the end.
• To do this, you determine your initial situation and set a strategic goal for your negotiation.
• You will receive support in finding arguments that resonate with your counterpart and help you to deal calmly with unforeseen objections.

Where: Online via Zoom (with accompaniment in a SLACK group)

When? 4 dates, each Wednesday, 05 November, 12 November, 19. November and 26. Noevember 2025 from 7 pm to 8:30 pm (can be started earlier if desired)

Organizer: equity team of the Business School

You prepare the appointments independently using short videos and workbooks. Every week there is a session in which you can ask all your questions and exchange ideas with the group. You will also receive feedback from the course instructor.

Note: This workshop is aimed exclusively at FLINTA*s. FLINTA stands for women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people as well as other people who are marginalized because of their gender identity. There is a maximum of 20 participants!
