Complaints Office for examination matters
The Complaints Office for examination matters of the University of Hamburg Business School is an institution as per Section 66 subsection 3 of the Hamburg Higher Education Act (Hamburgisches Hochschulgesetz, HmbHG). The Complaints Office provides contact persons for questions regarding examinations arising during studies.
If you have a complaint about an examination result or the way in which an examination was conducted, always talk with the teaching staff member or examiner first.
The members of the complaints office are an ombudsperson and a student representative. These are elected by the faculty council. These are currently:
