Now in its second year, the course "Management in Foundations" is open not only to students of the Business School but also to students from other faculties and interested members of the public. The speakers include professors from the Business School as well as practitioners from Hamburg’s foundation sector, representing a wide range of professional fields.

Under the slogan "Summer School: EDEKA IT meets Uni HH," a 2024 collaboration was launched under the direction of the Nucleus Professorship for Information Systems and Digital Innovation, led by Prof. Dr. Jan Recker. Over the course of three days, speakers from academia and industry introduced students to digital innovations in the retail sector.

Industry experts regularly enrich the curriculum for students by sharing their practical know-how. One example is the virtual course "Negotiation and Relationship Management (Verhandeln und Beziehungsmanagement)," supported by EXIST Women and led by executive Sabine Mauderer, who taught key fundamentals for strengthening negotiation positions to master’s students during the 2024/25 winter semester. She also offered a dedicated negotiation workshop specifically for FLINTA* participants.
