Jannis Kück awarded Hamburg teaching prize

The Faculty of Business Administration's Hamburg Teaching Prize 2021 has been awarded to Dr. Jannis Kueck.
Dr. Kueck, a post-doctoral researcher at the Professorship for Statistics teaches statistical programming, statistics and machine learning., amongst other topics. A number of students nominated Dr. Kueck for the prize. The committee's decision was unanimouis.
"I am very proud of this award, " Dr. Kueck said. "Our chair always tries to integrate current topics in the field of Data Science into the teaching. It's nice to see that this is well received and appreciated by the students. The positive feedback motivates me to continue working on new teaching concepts together with my colleagues in the future."
Due to the rising Corona figures, the Senate reception to award the Hamburg Teaching Prize has been postponed until spring 2022.
