The European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH) links the University of Hamburg to 8 European universities, fostering international exchange among students, researchers, teachers, and staff. The project is funded by the EU to facilitate digital and personal exchange between partner universities in 8 countries, including in Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Serbia, and Hungary. Travel and accommodation costs are reimbursed. Courses and further events are generally held in English.
Go to the EUGLOH website hosted by the EUGLOH team in the Department of International Affairs to see our current courses and training opportunities, and check out the news and monthly newsletter.
Selected EUGLOH offers:
Students were invited to attend the course Entrepreneurship and Innovation for PhD Candidates, including an intensive week in Tromsö (Norway) as well as the online event “Business Talk with Doctors of the World”, which is part of a monthly Business Talk series. Also, students were invited to participate in the Ulysses Contest, a competition about issues concerning family firms.
The online courses impACTup!: Innovation and Entrepreneurship with Impact and Financial Literacy in Health Economics provided participants with insights into interdisciplinary sustainability and health topics. Students could also attend online courses on the topics Transversal Trends in Management of Digital Information and Strategy and Decision-Making.
Both students and staff were invited to the International Week of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Szeged. The EUGLOH team (eugloh"AT"uni-hamburg.de) will be happy to answer any questions and provide advice on current calls for proposals, for example on lecturers’ course development.
