Throughout the session, you’ll:
- Explore how to prepare and structure the right data for impactful analysis.
- Problem-solve the feature engineering approach to uncover key insights.
- Discuss and evaluate the most effective modeling techniques.
- Collaborate on designing proactive and direct win-back campaigns.
Together, we’ll identify the drivers of churn reduction, estimate the potential financial uplift, and explore how QuantumBlack solves data-driven challenges.
