Virginia Thrun, Gründerin von New Work Talent

Der Gastvortrag von Virginia Thrun über KI-Agenten mit festen Rollen in Unternehmen richtet sich an alle interessierten Studierenden.

Die Professur für Information Systems and Digital Innovation lädt Studierende zu einem Gastvortrag von Virginia Thrun ein, in der Vorlesung „Advanced Topics in Digital Technology and Innovation Management“. Titel ist „Hybrid by design: 8 Humans. 26 Agents. 1 Team. A New Kind of Company.“. Die Referentin ist Gründerin von New Work Talent.

Im Vortrag geht es darum, wie bei New Work Talent 26 KI-Agenten als feste Teammitglieder neben dem menschlichen Team arbeiten – mit eigenen Rollen, Zuständigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten. Thematisiert wird unter anderem, was das für Gründung, Hiring, Kultur, Zusammenarbeit und Organisation bedeutet.

Virginia Thrun is the founder of New Work Talent (NWT), a Hamburg-based HR-tech company building the infrastructure for a more diverse, life-phase-oriented, and AI-ready labor market.
